Drone development, from requirement to flight
Every project follows the same path. Each step ends with something you can review before we move on.
How a project runs
Requirements
We agree on the mission: what the drone carries, how long and how far it flies, the weather it must handle and the rules it must meet.
Concept and design
We choose the airframe type, propulsion and electronics, and model weight, endurance and cost so you can compare options.
Prototype
We build a first aircraft and integrate the payload, then run bench tests on power, vibration and communication links.
Flight testing
We tune the flight controller and fly test missions, step by step from hover tests to full mission profiles.
Handover
You receive the aircraft, configuration files, maintenance instructions and documentation for your operational approvals.
What we work with
We build on open, well-supported components where we can, so your drone isn't tied to one supplier.
- Open autopilot platforms such as PX4 and ArduPilot
- Carbon fibre and 3D-printed airframe parts
- RGB, thermal, multispectral and LiDAR payloads
- Telemetry and video links for line-of-sight and extended range
- Ground control and mission planning software
Typical uses
If you're not sure a drone is the right tool, we'll tell you before you spend anything.
- Inspection of roofs, solar parks, bridges and masts
- Mapping and surveying of land and construction sites
- Agricultural monitoring
- Research and sensor test platforms
Talk to us about your project
Tell us what the drone needs to do, where it will fly and when you need it. We'll reply with questions and a first plan.
